Alices Dinners
All entrees are served with Alice's cream of peanut soup, fresh- baked sourdough bread, romaine salad with hot bacon dressing, followed by sorbet. Dinners include a blend of rices and grains grown in the northwest and sauteed fresh carrots.

Lamb Shank
Braised with chunky vegetables,red wine,chicken stock & herbs. Served over rice and accompanied with green peas topped with butter.

Venison
Frenched Rib Rack. Farm Raised in New Zealand. Healthy lean red meat; Served with demi-glace sauce and mushrooms.

Rib Eye Steak
Aged prime rib, cut & trimed in house; Charbroiled; Order rare, medium or well done. Garnished with au jus sauce and mushrooms.

Baked Ham
Dry cured, nitrate free & smoked; served with pineapple-citrus sauce.

Chicken Elegant
A boneless, skinless breast of chicken, baked with white wine, herbs and spices. Topped with a white wine-sour cream sauce. Garnished with artichoke hearts and mushrooms.

Duck
One-half young duckling roasted and put under the broiler to crisp the skin. Served with traditional orange sauce.

Game Hen
One-half Cornish game hen, oven-baked with white wine and herbs, served with bread stuffing, topped with champagne sauce.

Salmon
Wild, when available; gently poached and served with a dill-flavored white wine sauce.

Catfish
Delicate & tender; lightly sauteed. Served with white wine- dijon mustard sour cream sauce.

Rainbow Trout
Boneless butterflied & delicate; lightly sauteed; served with a lemon wedge.

Scallops
Tender morsels gently sauteed in white wine, butter, and garlic with a hint of fresh-chopped vegetables.

Ravioli
A variety of fillings, as available; choose red or white sauce.

Pasta
A healthy vegetarian choice; topped with chunky tomato sauce & real PARMIGIANO - REGGIANO cheese.

Child’s Dinner
Smaller portions for kids under 12 years; Choose ham or pasta; soup or salad, sorbet and dessert.
